Vancouver Food Trucks

Definitely one of the cool things about walking through downtown Vancouver is the splendid array of food trucks.  Everything from dim sum, to smoked salmon sandwiches, to French cuisine, to butter chicken.  They have it all.  Here is a small collection of trucks that we came across.
